Data-miners are pulling apart the latest version of Pokémon Go

Hackers are already pulling apart the latest version of Pokémon Go after the most recent patch. Data relating to the upcoming Pokémon Go Plus accessory has been found and tied to notifications about PokéStops cooling down and having no more room for Pokémon.

The Pokémon Go Plus, which is expected to be released later in the year, will allow users to catch automatically Pokémon they have caught at least once before and get items from PokéStops with the press of a button.

Also buried in the code is a debug menu featuring a model viewer where every Pokémon in the game and all their animations can be viewed, including the legendary Pokémon like Mewtwo and Mew.

The recent API breakthrough doesn’t seem to have been affected by the new update with bots and third-party radar creators continuing to work on new apps at PokémonGoDev on Reddit unabated.
